The 3 room flat (110 sqm) in a house with several apartments was built in 1996 and renewed in 2009 (both bed rooms and the live-in kitchen). The building lays slightly higher on the mountain slope, which guarantees you a beautiful view on the Rinderberg. The terrace includes a sandbox for the kids and a barbecue. The owner lives in the same house. Access to the chalet is via stairs. You can use a second parking place, the washing machine and the laundry drier on demand. Enjoy rush of the tiny rivulet (Ryschbach) which is flowing right next to the building.

Bedroom for the kids: Bunk bed (90×200 cm) and two single beds (90×200 cm)

Bathroom: A lot of space, basic furniture.
